Q: Do I pay for the journey time?
A: If paying by the hour then yes the customer must pay for the journey time

Q: Are you able to take my belongings to any floor/room?
A: We will ensure we get your goods exactly where they need to go unless it is physically impossible!

Q: How do I pay JS Removals?
A: We can take payment in cash only

Q: How much advance notice do you need for a booking?
A. We would like a much notice as possiblt to book you in but we also cater for last minute bookings and emergencies

Q: Do you have any additional costs or charges? 
A: We have no ‘hidden charges’ – we will only charge extra for obvious things such as congestion charge, parking tickets.

Q: What about parking?
A: This is something that we would expect you to take care of in terms of parking permits or a meter.

Q: Do you offer a price match service?
A: At JS Removals we are confident that we offer the lowest prices around so we are happy to match any authentic quote.

Q: Do you have breakdown cover? 
JS removals has full breakdown cover with onward journey protection, which basically means that in the very unlikely event that our vehicle breaks down, our vehicle is towed with all your contents to your drop-off destination.

Q: Do you have ‘Goods in Transit Insurance’?
A: Any reputable company should have this when dealing with removals and man and van services. We are happy to supply you with our policy details for you peace of mind.
